Is pickup and delivery extra?
No. Free pickup & delivery is always included.
How does Pricing work?
Sudsies charges $4 per pound for Wash & Fold (10lb min.).
What does "Laundry must be dry" mean?
Please set out laundry only when it is dry. Sudsies cannot accept wet laundry.
Can I set a preferred pickup schedule?
Yes. Select your preferred pickup days (Mon–Sat). Your Sudsies garment care valet will pick up the bags (supplied) of soiled laundry and deliver fresh, folded laundry on the days you select. You simply choose the day, we handle everything else.
What items fit Wash & Fold?
Everyday laundry works best: tees, polos, casual wear, socks, undergarments, and similar items. Submit specialty garments separately when needed.
Do you handle special preferences?
Yes. Use the Notes and Preferences field to share relevant instructions.
