What is the Sudsies Dry Cleaning Process?
Step 1:
Your garment undergoes a thorough inspection processOur friendly counter staff will efficiently inspect your garments, annotating any areas that require more attention, such as stains, loose buttons, frayed stitches, etc. The results of each inspection are noted in our computer system for future reference.
Step 2:
Garment stains are mitigated by experienced technicianThe information gathered during inspection will now inform every step of the cleaning process. Fabric stains are hand-treated using the appropriate processes. Stains are removed, and the integrity, color, and wearability of your garment are preserved.
Step 3:
Garment dry cleaning is eco-friendly, preserving wearability, look, and feel.Once stains are removed, your garments are treated through dry cleaning using fresh, eco-friendly solvents (no PERC). Precision dry cleaning equipment empowers our expert operators to precisely control the mechanical agitation during the dry cleaning process. This maximizes cleaning while minimizing fabric friction.
Step 4:
Garments are pressed, finished, and inspected before final packaging.Now that your garments are clean, your instructions (i.e., crease/no crease, starch level, etc.) are applied to finish your garment. Precision temperature control facilitates smooth-to-the-touch pressing with no scorching. Delicate silks and other fabrics are hand-ironed by experts with decades of experience.
Step 5:
Your garments are packaged for pickup at one of our convenient boutiques.After passing a final inspection, you are notified via email or text message that your garments are ready for pickup at one of our boutiques. Make things even easier by simply requesting FREE delivery, and your garments will be delivered by one of our garment care valets.
