Meet Samantha Loeb, the social media manager and content creator who brings the Sudsies experience to life online.
Samantha, or “Sami,” recently graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Public Relations and Advertising, and she’s the daughter of Sudsies Founder Jason Loeb.
In the future, Sami hopes to start her own boutique digital marketing agency specializing in social media management and content creation – and she knows this role has given her a great start: “Sudsies has taught me a lot about managing and running a team of people efficiently, and being able to practice my skills at Sudsies is so helpful.”
Content Creation with a Passion
Sami enjoys that this position allows her “to brainstorm and use my creative abilities to create content and engaging captions and posts. Engaging with the audience on the platform is also rewarding because it shows me how well the content I created is doing.”
Those connections are important to her, just as all our guests at Sudsies are.
In fact, Sami’s journey at Sudsies goes beyond social media management. Before taking the reins of the online presence, she played a key role in capturing event footage and even planning the exciting “Sweat With Sudsies” event featuring a social media fitness influencer. Sami did everything from crafting the event’s marketing strategy to creating cool video edits after – and it brought people together just like she’d hoped.
Sami believes there are several things that makes Sudsies stand apart from others like it, including the company culture. “No other dry cleaner will treat their guests, employees, and even strangers with the level of service we provide. Sudsies is first-class,” she said.
Collaboration is Key
Dig a little deeper, and you’ll hear even more from Sami about what’s behind the scenes at Sudsies: “I love how Sudsies employees are always willing to help one another. Everyone is always open to lending a helping hand with a smile on their face,” she said.
One of the things Sami loves most about Sudsies is the collaborative spirit. Here, everyone wears many hats, and teamwork is paramount. This environment has fostered a strong sense of communication and the importance of working together towards a common goal.
She says she wishes the whole world could experience the type of teamwork and customer service that Sudsies has: “Everyone should know that Sudsies is more than a dry cleaner. We are in the people business. Everything we do is for our guests – to make their lives easier, to make their day brighter, to make them feel happier. We strive to provide excellent service that is unforgettable. I know I showcase the true Sudsies experience through the digital media lense.”
Building a Career on Social Media Expertise
Before joining the Sudsies family, Sami honed her skills as a Real Estate Marketing Intern for Dina Goldentayer crafting digital content and marketing materials. Additionally, she enjoyed a stint as a Social Media Coordinator for a boutique agency specializing in beauty and wellness, creating content, captions, and all things social media for multiple clients.
Sami plans to use the skills she’s honed at Sudsies to start her own marketing boutique, including capturing footage, planning collaborative events, marketing across several platforms, branding, and more.
But when Sami isn’t working her social media magic, you can find her volunteering at the animal shelter. A strong advocate for animal welfare, Sami believes in adoption and recently welcomed a furry friend into her home, an experience that has only deepened her passion for dog rescue.
