How We Plan To Expand Upon Your Dry Cleaning Needs in 2020
It’s a New Year, new decade, and new opportunity for Sudsies to best serve as South Florida’s favorite luxury dry cleaner. But first, with us being the sentimental kind and all, we wanted to briefly reflect on just how far we’ve come.
Twenty four years ago, Sudsies was a self-service coin laundromat. We soon realized that rather than our customers laden in pocket change, we’d prefer them full of smiles, and thus transformed the business to a quality full-service dry cleaning and laundry service matched with impeccable customer care. Our commitment to what’s fresh and convenient propelled us to become South Florida’s first mobile dry cleaning company in 2001, when we groomed a fleet of highly trained clothing specialists for complimentary pick-up and delivery.
Since then, we’ve grown to three boutiques (Miami Beach, North Miami Beach, and Design District) to cover all of Miami-Dade and neighborhoods within Broward. Our cleaning services expanded to home and commercial needs via our sister company, Rugsies. We’ve even crossed state borders with our Sudsies Express national mailing service for our clients and wardrobes who simply don’t want to live without us.
What’s next? Well, our inspiration comes from you. Last year, we had one client living in Boca Raton. To her, the distance was no match to the level of service we provided her and we valued her the same as a loyal customer. Just like our vans, word travels, and the referrals started coming in. By the end of the year, we needed two full-time valets to serve Boca Raton and other Palm Beach neighborhoods.
Well, we’ve decided to literally expand upon this experience… Sudsies is proud to announce that our clientele will simply get more of us! Sudsies plans to open a fourth boutique in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, which will enable us to fulfill our Broward orders more quickly and efficiently, as well as offer residents on-site services, such as tailoring. This new boutique will also help us further increase our presence in Palm Beach County.
